We are renovation professionals, with more than two decades of experience working with owners, architects, and interior designers to create distinctive homes. Our staff includes a remarkable team of fine craftsmen, a trained architect (although we don't provide design build services, it's good to speak the language), and project managers. We also work with some of the most talented and skilled subcontractors in the New York area.
At Rusk, we pride ourselves on being the conscientious craftsmen you want working on your home, as well as the responsible individuals you’d be happy to have in your home.
In addition to our skill as builders, our long experience enables us to serve as a valuable resource for our clients, providing the benefit of our expertise and insight.
John Rusk President and Founder of Rusk Renovations
John Rusk is closely involved with every project. The author of On Time and On Budget
(Doubleday, 1996), and currently teaching Residential Project
Management at Columbia University, he brings insight, expertise, and
ability that enable our team to do far more than simply execute
drawings and plans.
With this extensive experience comes the ability to serve as an expert
resource and client advocate, evaluating options and alternatives that
can best serve the job and the needs of the client.
